I happened across this shop over 10 yrs ago. To cut to the chase... I trust Al. He has actually taken me to the work area and provided layman's overview of what was wrong and what they were doing to fix the problem. He is friendly, knowledgeable, skillful, , respectful and trustworthy.

We have taken several vehicles to SPAR AUTO SERVICE for more then 15 years. Al Patel, Service Manager is a proven knowledgeable auto mechanic who provides excellent customer service. The SPAR technicians are courteous and eager to provide excellent service. Our first experience was with a car we took to SPAR for oil change service. We had complained to the dealer several times about a thumping noise when braking. Was told the brake system was in good condition. Al heard the noise. Found a problem with the braking system and corrected it. We trust the SPAR AUTO SERVICE and recommend them to family and friends.
Al and the guys are always available to help out as best as they can! I feel they're honest and work hard to keep their customers happy. I haven't been sold services I didn't need and Al has personally looked for deals and better prices on parts. I've recommended Spar Auto to others and will continue to do so whenever I have the chance :)
