This is the worst location of what is already a terrible company. If the associates aren't blatantly lying about services they are just too damn lazy to help with any support.

Can't shake my head enough.

For this store to represent the DM is unfortunate. The DM of this store needs to seriously talk to their staff about their customer service. Unfortunately, the staff(Armando) addresses you in a condescending tone and ignores your existence overall. This corporate store is a CUSTOMER SERVICE store. So they skip your turn and bring up the next person buying something and then; you. Please address this issue. Get someone more proffesional in his position.

The fat Asian chick at the support desk is a particular likeness of her company...unhelpful and completely apathetic.

Really bad customer service. Slow, disrespectful, and unorganized. Not helpful and unprofessional. Stay away!!! Switching back to Verizon. ARMANDO has no idea what he is doing or how to treat customers. Made us wait over an hour, laughed at our questions and in the end helped us with absolutely nothing. Useless

They are the worst. This is my second time going into this store and having to call customer service on how unprofessional, rude and disrespectful they are. I had a scheduled appointment that they did not honor and after making me wait 30 min, The "Manager" ARMANDO was rude and figured he would try to prove a point, because he was annoyed by my inquiry on why they do not honor appointments made online, by deciding not to help me and have me wait for another rep even after I sat and watched him help 3 other people. Did I mention that he wasn't doing anything when he had me continuously wait for someone else. My opinion, they need to get a new professional team in that store. Overall, all I wanted to do is pick up a phone I ordered and paid for online. It took all of 5 min to take care of me when I was seen. Again this store is terrible!!! Me giving them at least one star on this review is still too much.
