Online Check in was done today and my wait time was 1 minute. I reached the store around 4:45 and even though my turn was next, the stylist there refused to honor the appointment saying store is closed. she was rude and has no respect for customers. I will not be suggesting anybody to come here as well.. Worst experience and worst salon.
We had been coming to this location for years. No more. We checked in online with a 32 min wait time. We got there within that time and 10 min before closing time. But they closed - locked the door just as my son and I arrived. The woman was closing out the register and she wouldn't even acknowledge us.
Specially Dora and Kavita are long time employees and they are very friendly and experienced stylist.
They are awesome any very professional.
I have been going to this place for more than 10 years and never had any bad experience.

I went to get my haircut. I wanted layers and when I asked the lady she said that the overall length wouldn't change. As soon as I got home I realized that she cut off almost 4 inches of hair. This normally doesn't happen when I go. I think it was just a mixup.
