I purchased a pair of $70 Nike Air shoes for my son on August 31, 2016. He wore them only 3 times and they tore on the piece that holds the lace in place, the third time he wore them. That was Sept. 25. Today on Oct. 3rd I went there in the morning and the manager of the store refused to do anything about it. She was extremely rude with a negative attitude on top of it all. She insisted that company policy states that once a shoe is worn, they won't take it back or even offer some compensation. They offered horrible customer service. This store refused to take any responsibility for its merchandise and they were disrespectful. I will never shop there again.
You can get shoes with better quality and at better price at anywhere else

Ridiculously expensive for no reason. You can get the same type of shoe with the same quality but cheaper anywhere else. The place is pointless.
