We had a great experience here. The staff and Dr Fein we're all pleasant and attentive. Dr Fein talked with us and allowed my kids to ask a lot of questions. I would definitely recommend this office if you're looking for a great vet.
I have been bringing my pets to the Plainfield Animal Hospital for over 35 years. The office is convenient to get to and the Drs. and equipment is state of the art. On the downside, I have noticed that ever since they built and moved into the new fancy building the service prices have gone way up.
Friendly staff, Robert was so professional and caring over the phone as I made my appointment. I did not have to wait long to be seen. Clean spacious office. Doctor Shekk was extremely thorough and took the time to explain any issue she saw. She even taught me how to feel for a lump on my dog's belly. I am happy i came here when my dog was having an emergency as it gave me peace of mind. The check out procedure was quick too.
Went in for Dr. Neumann to assess what was going on with a skin disorder my dog was having, and she was very thorough and nice. First of all, Dr. Neumann herself came out to greet us and bring us back. What a great, personal and welcoming touch for the animal and owner. Also, she listened to all of our concerns and made recommendations based on what we were willing to do and have our 17-year-old dog go through. Prices are what's to be expected for services. I would highly recommend. Wish I had come here years ago.
Good quality veterinarians, but at a high price. The doctors are very good and caring, but I can't walk out of there for less than $300 ... doesn't matter what I come for, that seems to be the starting cost for a visit.
