Best place to rent a car. I always prefer hertz.
More like HURTZ!!! LESS THAN ONE STAR REVIEW!!! I give it minus ten stars. This is by far the most disgustingly filthy businesses I have ever had the displeasure of renting a car from. There must be a 1/8 inch of dust on the surface of everything in the office and the carpet has never been vacuumed since the dawn of time (hard to imagine women work there). I could have let all that go if everything else was up to par. Sadly, nothing was. The first car they rented to me smelled of wet laundry that had been left in the dryer for a week and when I insisted they give me another car, I was given a car that smelled like pizza (not horrible) except for the slow leak in the tire, which I had to pump up every morning before work because it was flat. When I asked them what I should do, they gave me a number for roadside assistance and told me they probably won’t do anything unless it's flat. Great!!!! More inconvenience!!!! Did I mention when they gave me the second car, the inside window was so dirty I couldn’t see out of it and had to clean it myself before I could drive it. And lastly, the $30 charge for a full tank of gas (which I didn't use) which I agreed to pre-pay for under the pretense "it would be more convenient for me". Can you say SCAM!! If you want a fifthly car that sinks and less than substandard customer care, than this is your car rental place, otherwise run in the other direction.
Being a frequent traveler I am a big fan of Hertz for their fast reservations and unlimited mileage, but I definitely had my best experience at this branch. The agents here are really nice and they set me up with the best deals.
I'm using Hertz rental car from this location (earlier it was in New Brunswick ave) since more than 1year and found them very cooperative and fast. I'll recommend others and will myself continue using their service as and when required.
