This is one of the worst Kohl's I have been to. Customer service representatives are very rude. I have been shopping at Kohl's for past two decades because of their fantastic customer service, but after dealing with customer service representatives at this Kohl's, I am exploring other options.
Kohl's feel like a mall. 30% and $10 off coupons give much discounts besides clearance prices. Very reasonable priced store. Quality is great with merchandisers made from various countries. A must visit store.
Worst store I have ever been to. Got up to the register said my card wasn't working even though I used it at 5 stores previous to this one. Woman working the register said don't touch it let me do .....it it's my credit card. Needless to say I went to Bath and Body Works right next to the store and my card worked perfectly fine. I will never go back in that store. Worst service I have even seen.
This one is nice store. Lots of options for Men, Women and Kids. You can get items for Home and Kitchen appliances.
Staff is helpful, but at times checkout and returns in-person takes time.
Excellent place.. never let's me down.. I only shop kids wear here and it's always fun !
