-Starbucks have nice, sweet staff too, with large clean cafeteria area
I went to the store this past Tuesday Nov. 7th to exchange my iPhone that I received as a Birthday Gift, for a different color. I was not able to do that because Shavant & the store manager said that the policy is that if I exchange it, my wife would loose the $100 gift card that she received as a promotion. I really don’t see this as being a good policy since I was not returning the phone that I had, not even activated and only wanted an even exchange.
POOR- Pizza hut opens at noon (other Targets w pizza hut open earlier). Whenever I go they are often not ready with food at noon, and in the past few months they don't have pizza/pasta all day. You can buy drinks or popcorn, probably, but I got kids to feed. We don't plan to buy food there anymore.
-stock in store doesn't match with online stock, buy i found that to be true with all targets/stores, so this is not an exception. But they are nice enough to check the back room for you if you ask a floor staff (like diapers and big box things, they did that for me a few times)
-Usually clean and tidy every morning (before the customer rampage the isles)
-changing rooms are large and spacious
Generally, I love this Target. There is another the same distance to my house and I prefer this one:
I had to return to the store on Wednesday and speak to Shavant again,that was being impossible to deal with , to get SIM card that was not included with my phone.
Poor collection, not able to find all the stuff I want. Couple staff just standing there leaning on the shelf playing his/her phone. And they have the machine but they told me they do not accept apple pay while I'm "swiping" my Samsung phone. And the laughed me about it. Feel disrespect.
-managers and ladies at the service counter are always nice and acknowledge my kids
This is horrible customer service!
-they have a large family bathroom with changing table where I can take my 2 kids in with me. A huge help! Regular bathroom is also spacious with a changing table.
It's Target, always clean. Mostly friendly. Good prices. Probably the brick-and-mortar store I shop at most.
