Good quality and quantity of food at reasonable price.
The place is always crowded when I go. The food is like any other Chipotle(very good). The rice was stale a few times but other than that I have never had a problem. Great service as well.

I wish I could give this place NEGATIVE stars but since that is not an option I will be writing my experience. I ordered online but unfortunately online was not working. I tried on 3 different devices but it just wasn't working for me. I called to see what the issue was but was put on hold for a total of 3 times by 3 different employees to finally get the manager Vanessa. She was extremely rude basically accusing me of lying since someone else had ordered online and it was apparently fine but I wanted some help with my issue. She put me on hold again to then pick up again and say "what do you want" I was appalled by such a tone. I finally ordered my order over the phone and when I got there they werent ready, and werent done correctly so I asked them to make them again and when receiving my 2 bowls, they were literally just sour cream with some Chipotle. Safe to say I will never be ordering from this Chipotle in South Plainfield again.
ordered online and it wasn't ready even after 30 minutes post our pickup time. disappointing. no apologies.
