Very clean and bright establishment. The customer service was OUTSTANDING and VERY friendly.
This location is well kept and the sliders taste good.Pair it with onion rings and its a great pairing.
The new looks are spectacular. I promised myself id never eat Whitecastle again. That has been changed by this one visit. The food quality has drastically improved, the staff are no longer all high school drop outs who couldnt even give me correct change, and there is actually a nice ambiance and atmosphere here. I never thought Id say that about a Whitecastle. Great Job!
Always clean, but then again the place is still sort of new. Friendly, decently fast service. Only problem is I always seem to get there when the drink machine isn't working
The new look has really made the place stick out. The food is as good as it has always been, with the burgers being really good.
